Can I track my delivery Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, we will send a tracking link via Email and WhatsApp so you can follow its journey to your home.

At Irra, we maintain a strict No-Refund policy. Because our pieces are carefully curated and inspected, we do not offer returns for a change of mind. We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or have manufacturing defects.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please notify us within24 hours of delivery at sales@irraluxury.com. To process your exchange, we require clear photos or an unboxing video of the damaged product and its packaging.

Once your damage claim is verified and approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup. After we receive the original item, your replacement piece will be dispatched within 3–5 business days.
