- No Refunds: We follow a strict No-Refund policy. Once a purchase is made, we do not provide monetary refunds for any reason.
- Exchange Only: Exchanges are only permitted if the product is received with a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during transit.
- 24-Hour Reporting Window: To be eligible for an exchange, you must report the damage to us at sales@irraluxury.com within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp.
- Evidence Required: Claims must be accompanied by clear photographic or video evidence of the damaged product and its original packaging.
- Process: Once your claim is verified and approved, we will facilitate an exchange for the same item. If the item is out of stock, a store credit may be issued at our sole discretion.
SECTION 7 - ACCURACY OF BILLING
We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.
